In order to take the Tell Us survey the customer will have to provide the DICK’S Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, or Golf Galaxy store number, register number, transaction number, date of purchase, and the total amount spent (i.e. .45). Those who complete the survey in full will earn a lucrative off coupon which can be used on a future purchase at DICK’S Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, or Golf Galaxy.
